Innovation Data Analyst

ABOUT THIS POSITION

This position is part of the Global Business Solutions (GBS+), IT Department, supporting Henkel’s Adhesive Technologies innovations. The position combines IT expertise with a strong understanding of chemistry, enabling seamless collaboration between technology and product innovation.

YOUR ROLE

Steers projects and activities independently for and with other remote Henkel adhesives innovation locations & Global central IT team.

Pilot advanced tools & technologies (cloud services) to design, build and run data-driven solutions contributing to digitalization strategy.

Work with stakeholders to identify bottlenecks in existing processes and opportunities to leverage advanced analytics.

Responsible for extracting data by various means, data cleansing (manually, semi-automatically, automatically)

Performs data pre-processing routines for data ingestion & data reconciliation across systems.

Generate Insights and building dashboards using different methods, tools, and platforms while integrating existing and new data sources into the purchasing universe.

YOUR SKILLS

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Network Engineering, Business informatics, Chemistry or any relevant study (background in Chemistry is considered a strong advantage)

1-3 years of relevant work experience and good to have Chemistry background

Proficient experience using statistical analysis (Python and SQL)

Mandatory Experience in Data Visualization (Power BI)

Preferrable experience in Microsoft Azure (DevOps, machine learning, data bricks, etc.) & SAP Processes

Fluent English speaker with excellent communication skills and teamwork abilities

Proficient user of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
