Lead the development of scalable analytics solutions and data products that unlock business value, empower data-informed decision-making, and drive strategic and operational excellence across the organization. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Data Analysis & Insights
- Lead high-impact analytical projects that inform business strategy and improve performance across key functions.
- Conduct deep-dive analyses including customer segmentation, retention modeling, funnel diagnostics, and performance trends.
- Design and evaluate A / B and multivariate tests using statistically sound methodologies.
- Translate complex business objectives into structured data problems and actionable insights.
- Reporting & Visualization
- Build advanced dashboards and self-serve analytics tools using BI platforms.
- Enable business users with easy access to reliable, real-time insights for decision-making.
- Define and maintain KPI frameworks in collaboration with functional leads.
- Data Infrastructure & Collaboration
- Work closely with analytics engineers to optimize data pipelines, models, and warehouse structures.
- Ensure data accuracy, usability, and scalability across reporting and analytics systems.
- Participate in cross-functional initiatives that rely on advanced data usage and interpretation.
- Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
- Collaborate with stakeholders across marketing, operations, finance, and HR to understand data needs and translate them into solutions.
- Communicate analytical findings and strategic recommendations clearly to non-technical audiences.
- Team Development & Leadership
- Mentor and support junior analysts, providing guidance on best practices, technical skills, and business context.
- Share analytical frameworks and tools to foster team learning and consistency.
- Promote a culture of curiosity, rigor, and continuous improvement within the analytics function
REQUIREMENTS
Experience :3–5 years of hands-on experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or related roles, ideally in F&B, retail, or e-commerce.Demonstrated experience designing experiments (A / B tests) and interpreting results.Experience working with cloud-based data warehouses (e.g., BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift).Previous experience mentoring junior team members or leading analytical initiatives is a plus.SkillsProficiency in SQL with strong analytical skills in Python or R.Solid understanding of statistical techniques applied to both experimental and observational data.Exposure to modern data stack tools such as dbt, Git, and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI).Proven ability to simplify complex data findings into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.Strong collaboration and communication skills, with experience supporting cross-functional teams.
