Job Description
The Customer Relations Officer (CRO) is the main point of contact between the preschool and parents. She ensures a positive parent experience through excellent communication, professional handling of inquiries, and consistent follow-up. The CRO is responsible for maintaining the preschool’s image, managing admissions, supporting marketing and events, and ensuring parents are always informed and satisfied.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
0-1 experience in customer service, preferably in nurseries or schools.
Excellent English and Arabic communication skills (spoken and written).
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Presentable, positive, and professional appearance.
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
