Through our platform, individuals can easily order their medications and non-pharmaceuticals online and have them delivered straight to their doorstep.

Responsibilities :

• Invoice Processing :
• Receive and review invoices from vendors and suppliers.
• Verify that invoices are accurate, approved, and compliant with company policies.
• Match invoices with corresponding purchase orders and receiving documentation.
• Resolve differences between invoices, purchase orders, and receipts.
• Schedule and process payments to vendors and suppliers.
• Utilize various payment methods to ensure timely and accurate payments.
• Communicate with vendors regarding invoice-related inquiries and discrepancies.
• Maintain positive relationships with vendors to facilitate smooth payment processes.
• Assist in the setup and maintenance of vendor accounts in the accounting system.
• Ensure accurate and up-to-date information for all vendors.
• Financial Reporting :
• Generate end-of-month and end-of-year reports for financial analysis.
• Assist in financial reporting tasks as required by the accountant manager and CFO.
• Team Collaboration :
• Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accurate recording of financial transactions.
• Provide support and assistance to other team members as needed.
