Job description4+ years of experience in BI development and big data cluster management. Advanced proficiency in BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or QlikView. Deep knowledge of big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark, Hive) and distributed computing. Strong expertise in SQL and data modeling best practices. Experience with programming languages such as Python, Scala, or Java for data processing. Proven ability to lead projects and deliver data-driven solutions. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.
Job Description :
We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Senior BI Developer with expertise in big data cluster management to join our analytics team. The ideal candidate will have over 4 years of experience in business intelligence development and managing large-scale data environments. This role involves leading the design and implementation of data-driven solutions, optimizing big data systems, and mentoring junior team members.
Requirements
Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and optimize advanced BI dashboards and analytics solutions using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
- Manage, monitor, and optimize big data clusters (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) for scalability and performance.
- Architect and implement complex ETL pipelines to process and integrate data from diverse sources.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Ensure data accuracy, security, and governance across all BI and big data platforms.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in data workflows, reporting systems, and cluster environments.
- Mentor junior BI developers and contribute to the team’s technical growth.
