Job descriptionLead cross-functional sprints, collaborating with engineers, designers, and stakeholders. Drive launch readiness including QA, documentation, training, and performance tracking. Own key product KPIs : activation rates, lead times, self-service adoption, and NPS. Improve product usability across desktop and mobile (web / app). Leverage user insights and data to iterate on features (e.g., white-label funnels, tiered pricing, logistics options). Integrate with tools used by vendors (ERP, inventory systems) and buyers (eCommerce platforms like Salla, Zid, Shopify). 5–8 years of product management experience, ideally in a marketplace, eCommerce, SaaS, or supply chain tech business. Experience managing cross-functional squads using Agile / Scrum. Data-driven mindset with comfort using tools like SQL, Mixpanel, GA, or Amplitude. Fluent in both English and Arabic Strategic thinking balanced with an execution-first mindset. Ability to distill complex problems into simple, user-centric solutions. Strong stakeholder management—from engineering to sales to compliance. Passion for building infrastructure that powers real-world trade in emerging markets.
