Job Title : Telesales Representative
Key Responsibilities :
- Customer Outreach : Contact potential customers via phone calls to introduce and promote our products or services.
- Needs Assessment : Understand and assess customer needs, providing appropriate product or service solutions and support tailored to their requirements.
- Inquiry Handling : Handle customer inquiries, addressing and resolving any issues or concerns in a professional and efficient manner.
- Product Knowledge : Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively communicate the features and benefits of our offerings to customers.
- Sales Targets : Meet or exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall success and growth of the sales team.
- CRM Management : Document all customer interactions and update customer profiles accurately in the CRM system.
- Team Collaboration : Collaborate with team members to share best practices and continuously improve sales techniques.
Qualifications :
Proven experience in telesales or a similar sales role.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong ability to understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions.Proficiency in using CRM software and maintaining accurate records.Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner.Team player with a collaborative mindset.
Shift : 8 hoursWork Schedule : 6 days a weekDays Off : 1 day off on rotationSalary : Ranges from 4 to 6, plus commission
