Job description

Edit and retouch photos to enhance their quality and visual appeal, ensuring they meet the company's brand standards.

Work closely with photographers and marketing teams to understand the intended use and style of the images.

Perform color correction, exposure adjustments, and image cropping to create visually compelling photos.

Manage and organize photo libraries, ensuring efficient access to images for future use.

Stay updated with industry trends in photography and photo editing software.

Collaborate with team members to ensure project deadlines are met.

Prepare images for various platforms, including websites, social media, and print materials.

Provide suggestions for creative improvements or alternative content based on image analysis.

Requirements

Fresh grads are welcome to apply.
Proven experience as a photo editor or similar role.
Proficiency in photo editing software such as Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, or equivalent.
A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in photo editing and retouching.
Excellent eye for detail and color, along with a strong sense of aesthetics.
Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
Knowledge of photography techniques and equipment is a plus.
