Pharmaceutical Samples Officer

Duration : 6-months project

Responsibilities :

• Assist in monitoring and maintaining accurate inventory levels of pharmaceutical samples.
• Track samples, including lot numbers, expiry dates, and distribution records.
• Participate in regular stock checks and report discrepancies.
• Support the ordering and replenishment of samples when required.
• Follow pharmaceutical regulations, health, and safety standards.
• Support procedures for handling, storage, and disposal of samples.
• Assist in recalls and other regulatory requirements.
• Support day-to-day store operations to ensure smooth workflow.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for deliveries.
• Respond to inquiries about sample availability.
• Maintain accurate records of sample movements and transactions.
• Assist in preparing reports on inventory levels, usage, and compliance status.
• Provide support during audits and quality checks.
• Ensure the samples store remains clean, organized, and secure.
• Follow proper storage conditions, such as temperature control.
