Duration : 6-months project
Responsibilities :
- Assist in monitoring and maintaining accurate inventory levels of pharmaceutical samples.
- Track samples, including lot numbers, expiry dates, and distribution records.
- Participate in regular stock checks and report discrepancies.
- Support the ordering and replenishment of samples when required.
- Follow pharmaceutical regulations, health, and safety standards.
- Support procedures for handling, storage, and disposal of samples.
- Assist in recalls and other regulatory requirements.
- Support day-to-day store operations to ensure smooth workflow.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for deliveries.
- Respond to inquiries about sample availability.
- Maintain accurate records of sample movements and transactions.
- Assist in preparing reports on inventory levels, usage, and compliance status.
- Provide support during audits and quality checks.
- Ensure the samples store remains clean, organized, and secure.
- Follow proper storage conditions, such as temperature control.
Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field.Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of relevant experience (training will be provided).Basic understanding of pharmaceutical regulations and compliance standards.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Good communication and teamwork abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel & Word).
