The Recruitment Specialist – Blue Collar is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar and junior-level positions, ensuring manpower requirements are met on time with qualified candidates. This role focuses on sourcing, screening, and hiring workers, technicians, and site-based staff while maintaining strong pipelines and effective relationships with manpower suppliers.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the full recruitment cycle for blue-collar roles, from manpower planning to onboarding.
- Source candidates through different channels including agencies, databases, job boards, social media, and referrals.
- Coordinate with project managers and line supervisors to understand workforce needs and timelines.
- Conduct interviews, trade tests, and screenings to ensure candidate suitability.
- Handle bulk recruitment campaigns and mass hiring drives for site projects.
- Maintain relationships with recruitment agencies, labor suppliers, and technical institutes.
- Prepare job offers, contracts, and coordinate medical and background checks.
- Ensure recruitment processes are compliant with labor laws and company policies.
- Maintain candidate databases and generate regular recruitment reports.
- Support in workforce planning and mobilization of workers to project sites.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.2–4 years of experience in blue-collar recruitment (construction, manufacturing, or industrial sector preferred).Strong knowledge of blue-collar job categories and manpower supply market.Excellent sourcing and networking skills.Familiarity with labor laws and recruitment compliance.BENEFITS
