Talent Acquisition Specialist (Telecommunications Background)

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist in call center and telecommunications industries, preferably within the Gulf market.
• Proven experience in hiring for customer service, contact center operations, and supervisory / management roles.
• Strong understanding of Gulf market recruitment practices, cultural nuances, and workforce dynamics.
• Very good to excellent command of English ; knowledge of Gulf dialects is an advantage.
• Hands-on experience with sourcing tools, social media platforms, and creative channels to attract top talent.
• Ability to multitask and deliver under pressure while maintaining quality standards.
• Strong reporting and analytical skills with proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
