Job descriptionConduct job analysis and collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements. Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies, including job postings, sourcing through different channels, and candidate outreach. Screen resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates. Conduct interviews, reference checks, and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability. Prepare and negotiate job offers in alignment with company policies. Identify areas suitable for outsourcing based on business goals. Evaluate and select external partners or vendors for sourcing projects. Participate in and represent the HR department in career events and employment fairs. Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with candidates and outsourcing partners. Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Handle the onboarding process and ensure orientation program delivery for new hires monthly. Abide by SLA for closing opening vacancies. Maintain accurate records of recruitment and outsourcing activities. Generate reports on recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of recruitment and outsourcing processes. Make recommendations for process improvements.
Requirements
Educational Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in recruitment, selection and / or sourcing roles, with a minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
- Familiarity with HR and recruitment software, platforms and tools.
- Previous experience with ATS is a plus.
- Strong organization, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to conduct CBI interviews and assess candidates accordingly.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
