Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist at SWATX. The specialist will be responsible for technical recruiting, full-life cycle recruiting, hiring, IT recruitment, and conducting interviews.

Qualifications

• Technical Recruiting and IT Recruitment skills
• Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring experience
• Experience in conducting technical interviews
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of IT industry trends and technologies
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
