Are you a Scrum Master?

Education and Expertise :

Educational Background : Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
Experience : 5+ years of experience in Agile project management or as a Scrum Master, with a demonstrated ability to successfully lead and deliver projects. Telecom industry experience is a strong plus, especially in digital services, cloud-based solutions, and customer experience transformation.

Technical Qualifications :

Methodological Knowledge : Strong understanding of Agile methodology, the principles of agility, and awareness of DevOps practices.

Leadership Skills : Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams to success.

Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Technical Proficiency : Familiarity with project management tools such as Microsoft Project , JIRA, Azure DevOps.

Certifications : Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), or other relevant Agile certifications are a plus.
