The Role

We are looking for a Zoho Consultant & Developer to work directly with clients, providing expert guidance on Zoho implementation, training, and support. In this role, you will analyze business processes, manage client engagements, and develop custom integrations to enhance functionality across various Zoho applications. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing the integration between call center systems and Zoho CRM , ensuring efficient data flow and monitoring KPIs to improve performance .

Key Responsibilities

Custom Development & Integrations

• Develop and integrate Zoho applications with third-party systems using RESTful APIs
• Build and maintain custom solutions over AWS serverless architecture (Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3)
• Implement lead management and nurturing solutions using Zoho Campaigns, CRM, and Marketing Automation
