About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Marketing Manager to lead both inbound and outbound marketing campaigns across multiple platforms for multiple clients of Division50. This role blends strategic thinking, creative direction, and hands-on execution. You will manage the entire campaign lifecycle from client onboarding and strategy development to optimization, reporting, and client growth initiatives.

You’ll be responsible for driving results through paid media, outbound channels, and data-driven targeting. The ideal candidate moves fast, communicates clearly, and delivers exceptional results with a strong focus on performance and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategy and Planning

  • Develop and execute inbound and outbound marketing strategies tailored to each client’s Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and goals.
  • Select the most effective platforms for each campaign — including Google, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, Snapchat, and LinkedIn.
  • Plan and manage outbound campaigns using LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp, and phone outreach.
  • Create campaign roadmaps with objectives, KPIs, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Identify target audiences, define data requirements, and source accurate prospect lists based on buying intent and campaign goals.

2. Creative Direction and Copywriting

  • Write and refine ad copy, outreach messages, scripts, and follow-up sequences for all channels.
  • Collaborate with designers, editors, and media buyers to ensure creative assets align with brand and strategy.
  • Review and approve creative assets and scripts before launch.
  • Continuously test and optimize messaging and creatives to improve engagement and conversion rates.
  • 3. Campaign Execution and Optimization

  • Oversee setup, targeting, and management of paid and outbound campaigns.
  • Ensure seamless coordination among creative, media buying, and copywriting teams.
  • Act quickly to implement improvements and address performance issues.
  • Monitor KPIs and performance metrics, ensuring campaigns deliver or exceed results.
  • Recommend actionable optimizations and new growth strategies based on data insights.
  • 4. Lead and Data Management

  • Build and maintain high-quality lead lists tailored to each campaign.
  • Clean, validate, and enrich contact data before outreach to ensure accuracy and deliverability.
  • Determine key data points such as title, industry, location, and intent for effective targeting.
  • Handle incomplete or missing data efficiently while maintaining quality.
  • Track and analyze data performance during campaigns to refine targeting and improve ROI.
  • 5. Client Communication and Reporting

  • Present weekly and daily reports with detailed campaign updates, performance insights, and improvement plans.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with clients to gather feedback and propose new ideas.
  • Lead client presentations for strategy proposals, performance reviews, and new initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships to ensure long-term client satisfaction and retention.

    Requirements

  • Proven experience managing paid and outbound campaigns across Google, Meta (Facebook / Instagram), TikTok, Snapchat, and LinkedIn.
  • Strong expertise in outbound marketing channels such as LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp, and phone outreach.
  • Excellent copywriting skills for ads, scripts, and follow-up sequences.
  • Ability to refine and improve calling scripts and outbound messaging.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in audience segmentation and validation.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to convince and influence.
  • Fast-acting problem solver with a focus on performance and continuous improvement.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (designers, media buyers, copywriters, sales).
  • Excellent English and Arabic speaking and writing skills are required.
  • Nice-to-Have

  • Experience in both B2B and B2C inbound and outbound marketing.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools, CRMs, and analytics platforms.
  • Understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) and funnel strategy.
  • Knowledge of sourcing intent-based data and identifying high-converting audience segments.
