Management Accountant - Vision Source

Vision Source is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Management Accountant to join our team in Cairo, Egypt . This is a full-time position offering an exciting opportunity to contribute to the financial success of a dynamic and growing organisation. The Management Accountant will play a crucial role in providing accurate and timely financial information to support strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities :

• Prepare monthly management accounts, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Analyse financial performance and identify key trends and variances.
• Prepare budgets and forecasts, working closely with other departments.
• Provide financial support and guidance to operational managers.
• Develop and maintain robust financial controls and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards and regulations.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the finance function.
• Assist with internal and external audits.
• Perform ad-hoc analysis and reporting as required.
• Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and integrity of all financial reporting
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and dashboards
• Support the budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes
• Monitor & Closing staff collections by comparing invoices .
