Job description

Broker Relation Management

Provide proactive relationship management to brokers company who introduce leads from the market.

Understand key business drivers in order to exceed and accelerate revenue growth, business profitability and product penetration.

Actively business develop and attract new customers to the division via prospecting, networking and leveraging referrals from existing customers, as well as internal and external networks.

Formulate, propose, gain agreement to implement annual business plans to deliver target income.

Possess a thorough understanding of the principals of commercial lending.

Implement specific local competitive and aggressive sales / income marketing campaigns and initiatives geared to achieve, growth in interest and non-interest income, and increase market share penetration and related targets.

Build and continually expand reliable client knowledge, ensuring that they are an acceptable credit risk and work in accordance with the Business Credit Policy.

Ensure credit quality is maintained, and arrears are managed in accordance with policy.

Requirements

Experience in Real Estate not less than 8 years.
Experience in the same title not less than 3 years.
Preferable to be resident of Sheik Zayed.
