Job description2+ years experience in content creation, marketing, or media. Strong portfolio of creative work (especially short-form video). Proficient in video editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar). Strong sense of aesthetics, youth trends, and visual storytelling. Leadership skills — ability to manage a small creative team. Excellent communication in English (written and verbal). Bonus : Familiarity with student / youth-focused campaigns.

Job Overview :
We’re looking for a creative and strategic Content Creator who can oversee and be a part of a small content team (editor + designer), while also being hands-on with ideation, content planning, and video editing.
This role requires someone who understands digital trends, content strategy, and can align storytelling with business goals — especially for youth / student-focused campaigns.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute content strategies across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn).
- Create monthly content calendars aligned with marketing goals.
- Supervise and coordinate with video editor and graphic designer to ensure cohesive brand output.
- Ideate and write scripts, post captions, and visual concepts.
- Edit short-form video content for social media (Reels, TikToks, etc.).
- Monitor performance of content and adapt strategy accordingly.
- Stay up to date on trends, youth culture, and digital behavior.
