We are looking for a motivated Sales & Account Manager with hands-on experience in events, marketing, and advertising . The ideal candidate will drive new business opportunities and manage client accounts end-to-end, ensuring smooth project delivery through close coordination with the internal team.
Job Description :
- Identify and acquire new business opportunities.
- Manage and grow existing client.
- Manage the projects with the clients starting from briefing, de-briefing to the team and follow-up on execution .
- Coordinate with different department for the projects Creation , development , budget and collection .
- Prepare sales proposals , financial quotations , and presentations for the different projects.
- Monitor project progress , budgets , and deliverables .
- Attend client meetings , site visits , and industry events to represent the company professionally.
- Attend the events / activations setup and manage the flow of the activation day.
- Achieve and exceed sales and account retention targets.
- Implement the company strategy on all sales domains.
- Prepare the weekly, monthly and yearly sales reports .
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree .Excellent verbal and written English / Arabic communication skills.3-5 years of experience in sales and account management in events , Marketing and Advertisment .Driving licenseStrong knowledge of event production , marketing campaigns , and advertising solutions.Excellent communication , negotiation , and presentation skills .Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.Proactive, self-driven , and solutions-oriented mindset.Strong capability in project management and clients servicing.Good experience about event items production .Good experience on AV .
