Planning and Strategy :
- Maximize long term profitable volume growth of COMPANYs within the assigned countries.
- Develop a business plan and strategy of COMPANY’s services in the assigned countries.
- Provide leadership and cohesion of teams within the country, including hiring and management of staff.
- Achieve the company performance targets against the objectives and the growth strategy.

- Lead the development of operations, coordinate all third parties and represent the best interests of the company in line with legal requirements

Field Operations Management :
Manage Operation staff and / or related personnel and provides technical guidance and work direction to field staff.Ensure the fulfillment of maintenance contract specifications, and maintain COMPANY’s standards in order to ensure delivery of agreed contractual services to customersCarry out investigations of COMPANY product failures, validate findings, and approve corrective actions based on identified findingsLead negotiations with customers to address product failure investigation findings, and recommend preventative measures to avoid future product failuresBudget :
Oversee assigned country's operations’ budgeting cycle and lead the budgeting processDirect assigned country's operations effectively within budget, and report accurately on progress made and challenges encounteredFormulate strategies that result in positive financial impact for COMPANY and mitigates financial and operational risksPrepare, submit and justify budget enhancement requests to VP AfricaPolicies, Processes and Procedures :

Knowledge and Experience :
Minimum of 12 years of experience in ESP field and operations, with at least 3 -5 years of experience in managerial positionOil and Gas upstream processes’ experience is preferredPrevious technical Oil and Gas industry knowledge is preferredPrevious Customer Relationship Management experience is preferredEducation and Certifications :
Bachelor's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering is requiredJob Related Skills :
