Pipeline Development :

Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies to build a continuous pipeline of qualified candidates for various call center roles (e.g., Customer Service Representatives, Technical Support Agents, Team Leads, Supervisors) across all Alorica EMEA locations.

Utilize a variety of sourcing channels, including online job boards, social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.), professional networks, industry events, and employee referrals.

Proactively identify and engage passive candidates through targeted outreach and networking.

Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates, providing a positive and professional candidate experience.

Market Research & Analysis :

Conduct market research to identify talent trends, competitor activities, and effective sourcing strategies within the EMEA region.

Analyze sourcing metrics and data to identify areas for improvement and optimize sourcing strategies.

Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and emerging sourcing technologies.

Collaboration & Communication :

Partner with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to understand staffing needs and develop targeted sourcing plans.

Provide regular updates on pipeline status and sourcing activities to the Talent Acquisition team.

Collaborate with other departments to support employer branding initiatives and recruitment events.

Work with local teams in each country to understand the local hiring market and challenges.

EMEA Focus :

Understand and navigate the diverse cultural and legal landscapes of recruitment within the EMEA region.

Adapt sourcing strategies to meet the specific needs of each country and location.

Source candidates with required language skills for the various EMEA sites.
