Position Summary :
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Product Manager to lead the development and lifecycle of our products. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business goals, user needs, and technical capabilities to ensure our offerings deliver maximum value to customers while achieving company objectives.
Key Responsibilities :
- Define and communicate a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to drive product development and launch activities.
- Gather, analyze, and prioritize customer feedback, market trends, and competitive intelligence to inform product decisions.
- Develop detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from concept and development to release and optimization.
- Monitor and analyze product performance using KPIs and other metrics, driving improvements and ensuring alignment with objectives.
- Act as the voice of the customer, advocating for their needs throughout the product development process.
- Conduct stakeholder presentations and ensure transparent communication regarding product plans and progress.
