Design, develop, implement and test digital transformation solutions using AVEVA Operations Control Products for different industries, smart cities… etc.
Define functional requirements for the proposed solutions through client needs and documentation analysis.
Integrate site control systems, field devices and third-party software with AVEVA solutions.
Quickly learn new skills and technologies.
Work effectively at different levels within project teams and client organizations.
Develop and improve processes, procedures and tools used in the execution of projects.
Understand the project scope and participate in the framing of projects to ensure successful project execution.
Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and system optimization post-deployment.
Document architecture diagrams, user manuals, system configurations and Tech-Notes.
Stay updated to AVEVA best practices to propose and implement continuous improvements.
Conduct FAT, SAT, Commissioning and Client Handover.
Requirements
Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Computer Science or any relevant technical field.
1 - 3 years of relevant Industrial Automation
Mandatory experience with AVEVA System Platform
Proficiency in PLC programming and SCADA systems
Experience in the full project lifecycle : Installation, Commissioning, Migrations, Maintenance, Troubleshooting, FAT, and SAT
Strong knowledge of industrial Communication protocols ( OPC UA, Modbus, MQTT, etc. )
Ability to read and understand technical diagrams like P&IDs and Flow Charts, Cause & Effect Diagrams, Boolean Logic diagrams, etc.
Ability to communicate effectively with customers and employees at different levels of the organization.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Must have the demonstrated ability to work in a team environment as both a leader and an individual contributor.
Ability to quickly establish good working relationships with others from all levels.
Ability to travel for routine, short duration (one to two weeks) project meetings, training, and other business events.
Ability to travel for temporary assignments (domestic and international) away from Cairo Office (e.g. customer project sites.) Typical travel assignments range from two to six months at a time or 10% to 75% of the total time per year. Travel for extended assignments greater than one year is possible. (In some cases, periodic return trips home are available during travel assignments.)
