Regional Talent Acquisition Specialist

الوصف الوظيفيReview and Assess resumes against job requirements and criteria. Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess qualifications Coordinate and conduct interviews Send job offers and negotiate terms with selected candidates. Ensure a seamless transition from offer acceptance to onboarding. Experience : At least 6 months of Mass Hiring experience is a MUST. Time Management : Exceptional ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively. Customer Focus : A proactive approach to understanding and meeting client needs in the recruitment process. Teamwork : Proven experience working collaboratively within dynamic, cross-functional teams. Communication Skills : Strong written and verbal communication skills in English to interact with diverse stakeholders. Technical Experience : Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies. English Proficiency : Fluent in English, as it's essential for clear communication and documentation. preferably B2+ / C1 English level. Hybrid : 2 days onsite- 3 days from home. Working hours : 4 PM - 1 AM Working Days : Monday through Friday. Location : Maadi Attractive Financial Package Social and Medical insurance provided. Hybrid work conditions

You will leverage your skills to ensure a smooth and effective recruitment process, supporting our goal to attract top-tier talent who will thrive in our company culture.
Your Responsibilities
Sourcing and Attracting Candidates :
- Source potential candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to meet current and future staffing needs.
Screening and Interviewing :
