Senior Manager Operations - Logistics

Manage and oversee key operational functions, including logistics, document control, and hubs management, with a focus on secure and compliant KYC processes. The Senior Manager, Operations will ensure the effective execution and alignment of these functions with organizational goals, while driving continuous improvement, cost-efficiency, and operational excellence.

• Provide strategic direction and operational leadership across Document Management, KYC Processes, Hub Operations, and Field Logistics through a team of direct-report managers.
• Support user conversion and reduce fallout by ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant handling of KYC and onboarding documents.
• Oversee the performance, compliance, and security of document management and field operations, ensuring regulatory adherence, service quality, and operational reliability.
• Monitor and manage KPIs / OKRs across all functions, driving continuous improvement and cost efficiency.
• Lead people development efforts, coaching functional managers, and supporting succession planning.
• Act as the primary liaison between operations and other teams to translate business needs into execution plans.
• Establish and enforce business continuity protocols and operational risk mitigation strategies.
