Manage and oversee key operational functions, including logistics, document control, and hubs management, with a focus on secure and compliant KYC processes. The Senior Manager, Operations will ensure the effective execution and alignment of these functions with organizational goals, while driving continuous improvement, cost-efficiency, and operational excellence.
- Provide strategic direction and operational leadership across Document Management, KYC Processes, Hub Operations, and Field Logistics through a team of direct-report managers.
- Support user conversion and reduce fallout by ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant handling of KYC and onboarding documents.
- Oversee the performance, compliance, and security of document management and field operations, ensuring regulatory adherence, service quality, and operational reliability.
- Monitor and manage KPIs / OKRs across all functions, driving continuous improvement and cost efficiency.
- Lead people development efforts, coaching functional managers, and supporting succession planning.
- Act as the primary liaison between operations and other teams to translate business needs into execution plans.
- Establish and enforce business continuity protocols and operational risk mitigation strategies.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business, Operations Management, or a related field (master’s preferred).Mandatory experience in operations or field logistics (preferably in fintech or financial services)Proven experience in managing managers or function heads and overseeing multiple parallel operational streams.Experience in one or more of the following areas is strongly preferred :Document control and archivingKYC / identity verification operationsHub or multi-site operations managementExperience in managing multi-site or distributed operational networks, including in-house and vendor-managed hubs.Strong data-driven approach with expertise in operational OKRS and KPIs, reporting tools, and continuous improvement methods.Benefits
