Job Description

Develop, prepare, and consolidate annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.

Monitor budget execution, analyze variances, and provide actionable recommendations.

Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual performance analysis against approved budgets.

Support management in strategic planning and financial modeling.

Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management.

Ensure alignment of budgets with company objectives, KPIs, and financial policies.

Collaborate with different departments to gather inputs and ensure accurate planning.

Identify risks, opportunities, and trends to improve financial performance.

Assist in cost control initiatives and resource optimization.

Stay updated on financial best practices, industry benchmarks, and regulatory guidelines.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration.

5+ years of experience in budgeting, financial planning, or management reporting.

Strong knowledge of budgeting processes, financial analysis, and forecasting techniques.

Proficiency in financial systems and advanced Excel / financial modeling skills (experience with ERP systems is an advantage).

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and detail-orientation skills.

Strong communication and presentation skills to convey financial information clearly.

Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities under deadlines.
