الوصف الوظيفيBachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree is preferred). 6–10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role. Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor law and HR best practices. Previous experience in the software, IT, or communications sector is highly preferred. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office tools.
Job Description
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company goals.
- Oversee the full employee lifecycle : recruitment, onboarding, development, and retention.
- Build and maintain a strong performance management system.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
- Partner with leadership to drive culture, employee engagement, and organizational growth.
- Manage payroll, compensation, and benefits in coordination with finance.
- Support managers with employees relations, coaching, and conflict resolution.
