Senior Electromechanical Engineer

الوصف الوظيفيSupervision of routine preventative maintenance and unscheduled repairs on Chillers, AHUs, VRF, Split AC, Pumps, UPS systems, Fire alarm and firefighting systems and other critical equipment. Troubleshoot electromechanical systems including electrical panels, motors, sensors, and control systems. Oversee installation and commissioning of new equipment. Coordinate with vendors and internal teams during upgrades or replacements Maintain detailed maintenance logs and service reports for all equipment. Ensure all activities are compliant with EDA, FDA, cGMP and internal quality standards. Support audit activities by providing documentation and technical clarification. Recommend improvements to enhance equipment reliability and energy efficiency. Monitor system performance and conduct root-cause analyses for recurrent issues. Follow and promote safe work practices aligned with OSHA and company policies. Coordinate with external service providers and vendors for specialized repairs. Bachelors degree in Electromechanical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field. Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in electromechanical maintenance in a healthcare facility. MS office CMMS and SAP experience Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills. Strong communication and documentation abilities. Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Arabic English

The Electromechanical Engineer will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of electromechanical systems used in plasma donation centers. This includes HVAC, power supplies, mechanical and control systems. The engineer will ensure compliance with FDA, cGMP, OSHA, and other relevant regulations, maintaining maximum uptime of equipment and ensuring donor and staff safety.
