الوصف الوظيفيBachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, or related field). 3-5 years of experience in production engineering or related roles within an industrial setting. Demonstrated leadership experience, managing teams and projects effectively. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive informed decision-making. Proficient in production management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English. Proven problem-solving abilities and a solid understanding of production systems.
GENERAL PURPOSE
A leading Company in the food & beverage manufacturing is seeking a Senior Production Engineer to enhance their team, focusing on optimizing production processes, implementing best practices, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards in their operations.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and oversee the production process, ensuring high standards of efficiency, safety, and product quality are consistently met.
- Utilize advanced engineering principles to analyze production metrics, develop improvements, and implement effective solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and refine production schedules, balancing supply with demand.
- Supervise junior engineers and production staff, providing guidance and support in operational tasks and projects.
- Conduct regular assessments of production equipment and processes to identify areas for enhancement and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Monitor compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, leading initiatives for continuous safety improvements.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on production performance, issues, and proposed improvements for senior management review.
- Engage in research and development of new production techniques and technologies to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Participate in budget planning and management for production operations, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
