Strong knowledge of SMT equipment, assembly techniques, and process optimization. Familiarity with modern inspection systems, soldering techniques, and production workflows. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and teamwork abilities. We are seeking a skilled SMT Product Engineer to join our production team. In this role, you will oversee Surface Mount Technology (SMT) processes, ensure high-quality PCB assembly, and drive process improvements in electronics manufacturing.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Operate, monitor, and maintain SMT machines to ensure efficient PCB assembly.
- Develop and optimize SMT production processes to meet quality and efficiency standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in SMT and SMD assembly.
- Oversee solder paste printing, component placement, and reflow soldering operations.
- Work with advanced manufacturing technologies, including selective soldering and AOI (Automated Optical Inspection) systems.
- Collaborate with R&D, quality, and production teams to enhance product design and manufacturability.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and production guidelines.
