Role Description :
The DevOps TL owns products and services from conception to continuous operation, plays a key role as embedded within teams to focus on the operational aspects of our services, as developers (not system administrators), your background will be that of a developer who had hands-on experience in a highly complex technical operations environments, preferably native-cloud services.

- Automate systems and architectures.
- Driving automation within an organization utilizing.
- Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
- Automation Oriented.
- Constantly looking for better ways of solving technical problems and designing the solution, not afraid of challenging the status quo.
- Shares responsibility with Product Owner for building reusable and scalable components.
- You are the owner of the environments / product.
- Reporting to Engineering Lead.
Requirements
Key Skills :
8-10 Yoe, Expert within the DevOps, CI / CD, Containerization and environmentsExpert in building and scaling native-cloud microservices containers, based on K8 clusters, OpenShift, Cisco container platform and / or VMWare Tanzu K8 Grid.Can make major architecture decisions at a team and product levelExperienced Linux and security best practices for LinuxExperienced of containerization with Docker and K8Experienced scripting Bash, PowerShell, etc., preferred programming Java, Python, Node, or Go.Experienced hands-on in Azure DevOps CI / CD (or any other CI / CD)Experienced in managing DB, NoSQL and such as (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB and ▪ Redis)Expertise in configuration management systems like : Puppet, Ansible or Salt Agile / Digital ExperienceExperience in Agile Development, with specific Solution Architect (or similar) experience preferredUnderstands relationship with Product Owner, Scrum Master, Design Lead and rest of technical teamExperience managing technical priorities within the Backlog Individual SkillsStrong communication skills with ability to align the organization on complex technical decisionsActive coach and mentor whose goals are to grow and maximize the team’s potentialStrong leadership skills mainly inspirational and team-forming capabilitiesMindset & Behaviors :
