Business Development Specialist (Remote – Egypt)

Dwelleo is an innovative PropTech platform transforming the Saudi Arabian real estate market through AI-driven insights, smart listings, and powerful tools for developers, brokers, and property seekers. We are on a mission to redefine the digital real estate experience in KSA by providing a seamless, intelligent ecosystem for buying, selling, and renting properties.

We are expanding our Business Development team and looking for dynamic, ambitious specialists to help onboard property developers, brokerage firms, and individual brokers to our platform — while also supporting B2C users.

Role Summary

The Business Development Specialist will drive the growth of Dwelleo’s listing ecosystem by engaging with real estate developers, brokerage firms, and individual brokers across Saudi Arabia. You will build strong relationships, promote Dwelleo’s value proposition, close onboarding deals, and ensure a high-quality listing pipeline on the platform. This is a remote role based in Egypt, working with regional and international stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales

  • Identify, target, and engage real estate developers, brokerage firms, and individual brokers to onboard their projects and property listings onto Dwelleo.
  • Conduct outbound calls, video meetings, and email outreach to generate leads and close deals.
  • Present Dwelleo’ s platform features, benefits, pricing packages, and AI-powered tools to potential partners.
  • Negotiate commercial terms, onboarding agreements, and listing packages in line with company policies.
  • Track and manage leads using CRM tools; ensure continuous pipeline growth.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts, ensuring recurring listings and platform engagement.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for developers and brokers during onboarding and integration.
  • Provide ongoing support, training, and guidance to ensure partners maximize the value of Dwelleo’s platform.
  • Market Expansion & Research

  • Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities, areas of growth, and emerging segments within the KSA real estate market.
  • Stay updated on competitor offerings (e.g., Property Finder, Bayut, Wasalt, Aqaar) and propose differentiation strategies.
  • Provide feedback to the Product and Marketing teams on market needs and customer challenges.
  • Reporting & Performance

  • Meet and exceed monthly KPIs related to onboarding, revenue, and listing volume.
  • Prepare weekly reports on pipeline progress, conversion rates, and market insights.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Marketing, Operations) to ensure smooth delivery of services.
  • Requirements

    Must-Have Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management — preferably in PropTech, real estate, SaaS, or digital platforms.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales , particularly with developers, brokers, or property owners.
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written) is mandatory for communicating with foreign investors and KSA clients.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to close deals and meet aggressive targets.
  • Comfortable working remotely with high self-motivation and accountability.
  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the Saudi or Egyptian real estate markets.
  • Familiarity with real estate listing platforms and CRM systems.
  • Understanding of digital marketing concepts, online property listings, and lead generation.
