Role Objective

Key Responsibilities in Business Development

• Develop & implement sales strategies to effectively promote services, expand the customer base, and increase sales revenue.
• Setting sales goals for the team members.
• Team Management which involves recruiting, training, and managing a team of sales representatives.
• Monitor the performance of individual team members as well as overall sales performance against targets.
• Prepare regular reports on sales activities, performance metrics
• Manage team sales pipelines effectively.
• Attending business event & handling the key customers visits.
