Envision Employment Solutions is currently hiring a Head of People and Culture on behalf of one of our partners.

Responsibilities :

  • Strategic HR Leadership
  • Develop and execute a people strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership on all people-related matters.
  • Champion diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) across the organization.
  • Talent Acquisition
  • Design and implement scalable recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Oversee end-to-end hiring operations, from job posting and candidate sourcing to interviews and offer management.
  • Build strong employer branding initiatives in collaboration with marketing and leadership.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define talent needs and role specifications.
  • Onboarding & Integration
  • Create and continuously improve the onboarding journey to ensure a seamless and engaging new hire experience.
  • Develop onboarding programs that promote culture integration, role clarity, and early productivity.
  • Lead the implementation of onboarding technologies and systems to streamline processes.
  • People Operations
  • Own HR policies, systems, and processes ensuring compliance and operational excellence.
  • Manage HRIS, payroll support, and employee documentation workflows.
  • Establish data-driven approaches to monitor employee engagement, retention, and performance.
  • Culture & Engagement
  • Shape and sustain a strong, inclusive, and values-driven culture.
  • Design and deploy programs for employee recognition, wellness, and engagement.
  • Lead organizational change management efforts and communication.
  • Team Leadership
  • Build and lead the People & Culture team, ensuring high levels of collaboration and performance.
  • Provide coaching, mentorship, and growth opportunities for HR team members.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or related field.
  • 12+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3+ years in a similar role.
  • Proven expertise in recruitment, onboarding, and HR operations.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws, HR compliance, and modern people practices.
  • Experience with HR systems and analytics tools.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment tools, ATS platforms, and sourcing technologies.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on execution ability.
  • Experience scaling HR in high-growth or global environments.
