  • Key Responsibilities :
  • Customer Service & Relationship Management :
  • Address customer walk-ins and provide required banking services.
  • Resolve customer complaints and ensure satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships by responding to needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Sales & Business Development :
  • Meet weekly sales targets for customer visits and tele-calling.
  • Introduce, explain, cross-sell, and up-sell bank services and products.
  • Achieve sales and revenue targets through new customer acquisition and existing customer relationship strengthening.
  • Branch Operations & Trade Finance :
  • Support daily branch operations related to customer service.
  • Stay informed about product features and competitor offerings.
  • Assist with trade finance operations to ensure accurate and efficient service.
  • Customer Acquisition & Retention :
  • Conduct outside visits to acquire new customers and retain existing ones.
  • Work with branch management to develop customer acquisition and retention strategies.
  • Qualifications :
  • Education :
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or related field.
  • Banking certifications are a plus.
  • Experience :
  • 3+ years of experience in retail banking with a focus on sales and customer service.
  • Experience in trade finance operations is desirable.
  • Skills :
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of banking products and services.
  • Ability to meet sales targets and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
