Job descriptionKey Responsibilities :Customer Service & Relationship Management :Address customer walk-ins and provide required banking services.Resolve customer complaints and ensure satisfaction.Build and maintain long-term customer relationships by responding to needs and offering tailored solutions.Sales & Business Development :Meet weekly sales targets for customer visits and tele-calling.Introduce, explain, cross-sell, and up-sell bank services and products.Achieve sales and revenue targets through new customer acquisition and existing customer relationship strengthening.Branch Operations & Trade Finance :Support daily branch operations related to customer service.Stay informed about product features and competitor offerings.Assist with trade finance operations to ensure accurate and efficient service.Customer Acquisition & Retention :Conduct outside visits to acquire new customers and retain existing ones.Work with branch management to develop customer acquisition and retention strategies.Qualifications :Education :Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or related field.Banking certifications are a plus.Experience :3+ years of experience in retail banking with a focus on sales and customer service.Experience in trade finance operations is desirable.Skills :Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.Knowledge of banking products and services.Ability to meet sales targets and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
