Senior UI / UX Designer - Grand Technology

We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Senior UI / UX Designer with proven Product Design experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Applied Arts or related fields , with over 4 years of professional experience creating user-centered digital products. This role involves leading the end-to-end design process—from research and ideation to prototyping and delivery—ensuring seamless, intuitive, and visually compelling user experiences across web and mobile platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead UI / UX design projects from concept to delivery, ensuring design excellence and alignment with business goals.
• Conduct user research , competitor analysis, and usability testing to inform design decisions.
• Translate product requirements into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to refine requirements and deliver solutions.
• Ensure consistency in brand identity and design systems across all digital touchpoints.
• Apply human-centered design principles to enhance user satisfaction and engagement.
• Create interactive design prototypes and conduct A / B testing to validate design choices.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to building a strong design culture within the team.
