Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of sophisticated artificial intelligence and machine learning models to solve complex business challenges.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers and software developers, to identify opportunities for AI integration and to define project requirements.
• Mentor junior engineers, providing technical guidance and fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and professional growth.
• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of AI projects, from data acquisition and preprocessing to model training, evaluation, and deployment in production environments.
