Your contribution will be crucial in driving sales success and building lasting relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with account executives to align technical solutions with client requirements.
• Conduct thorough assessments of client IT environments to identify vulnerabilities and recommend tailored security solutions.
• Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations that highlight the benefits and features of our solutions.
• Create detailed technical proposals and responses to RFPs that effectively communicate our value proposition.
• Address technical inquiries from clients and provide expert advice on cybersecurity best practices.
• Maintain strong relationships with partners and vendors to remain informed on market trends.
• Work with engineering and product development teams to ensure that client needs are communicated and addressed.
• Stay up-to-date on industry developments and threats to enhance our capabilities and offerings.
• Assist in drafting case studies and other technical documentation to showcase our successful implementations.
• Support account managers in developing strategic plans for existing clients.
• Collaborate on customer success strategies to ensure a seamless transition from sales to implementation.
• Mentor junior team members and provide technical training as needed.
