Active Network Team Leader

Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced  Presales Active Network Engineer (Team Leader)  to lead technical pre-sales activities, design innovative networking solutions, and drive customer engagements. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in  Active Networking (Cisco, HP, etc.) ,  Wireless Networking , and  LAN / WAN technologies , along with strong leadership skills to manage a technical presales team. You will collaborate with customers, internal teams, and vendors to develop high-impact solutions, create technical proposals, and ensure successful deal closures.

Key Responsibilities :

• Analyze customer requirements and collaborate with internal teams to design tailored networking solutions.
• Present solutions to customers, secure technical buy-in, and develop  bills of materials (BOMs)  and  effort estimates .
• Provide  pre-sales technical support , consultation, and solution presentations to clients.
• Work closely with  vendor pre-sales teams  to evaluate and recommend optimal solutions.
• Identify and engage with the right technology vendors based on project needs.
• Ensure technical closure of deals by securing commitments from client technical teams.
• Lead and mentor a  technical presales team , overseeing proposal development and technical documentation.
• Generate  technical scopes of work (SOW) ,  network design diagrams , and detailed proposals.
• Manage  network infrastructure (routing, switching, WiFi, IP Telephony)  including configuration and troubleshooting.
• Provide hands-on support to customers, ensuring high satisfaction and long-term relationships.
