ServiceNow Delivery Lead

Arthur Lawrence is seeking a Senior Delivery Lead - ServiceNow to oversee end-to-end delivery of complex ServiceNow implementations and transformations.

The ideal candidate will possess strong delivery management skills, deep technical expertise across the platform, and hold ServiceNow Architect or Master-level certifications.

This role combines program governance, stakeholder management, and solution oversight to ensure successful and scalable outcomes for enterprise clients.

Requirements : 10+ years of experience in IT Service Management, with 7+ years in ServiceNow delivery Proven experience managing end-to-end implementations across multiple ServiceNow modules ServiceNow Certified Architect or Master Architect Certification is mandatory Deep knowledge in modules like ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, SecOps, or GRC Strong understanding of platform architecture, integrations, and data strategies Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery models About Us : Arthur Lawrence is a management and technology consulting firm providing enterprise-wide business transformation and business applications implementation services.
