Job Summary :

Intella is seeking a talented and experienced Frontend Team Lead to join our growing engineering team. As the Frontend Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the frontend development team, guiding the architecture and implementation of user-facing applications, and ensuring best practices are followed across projects. You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend teams to deliver high-quality web applications that meet both user needs and business goals.

Responsibilities :

• Lead and mentor a team of frontend developers, fostering an environment of collaboration and innovation.
• Oversee the design and development of user-centric web applications using modern frontend technologies.
• Define and enforce coding standards, best practices, and development processes within the team.
• Participate in architecture discussions and drive technical decisions ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability.
• Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and ensure high levels of quality across the codebase.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Stay updated with emerging trends and technologies in frontend development and promote their use in the team.
