الوصف الوظيفيFluency in Maghrebi-Arabic 15 years of experience implementing Avaya and / or Cisco call-center technologies as both a player and coach Preferred cybersecurity certifications with hands-on experience Experience with IP-SIP, with a minimum requirement of experience with PSTN PBX's Proficiency in hiring and managing consultants, sales engineers, and sales support engineers Experience configuring IVR's, ACD's, MiBs, and integrating 3rd party applications Hands-on experience with integrating 1Gbps, 10Gbps, 100 / 200Gbps ethernet with SONET Previous experience with Teleperformance, TDCX, and Concentrix is highly desirable Willingness to travel 15-20% of the time Results driven with proven track record Minimum 10yrs of software development, system architecture and scalability, data engineering, cybersecurity and data privacy, and product management Capacity to work extended hours in a high-intensity startup environment Proven strategic thinking and problem-solving API integration Cloud computing Ability to navigate databases Strong familiarity with UX and UI design principles Keen understanding of cybersecurity best practices and threat detection Cloud platform infrastructures (AWS, Azure, etc.)
