Specialization : User Interface & User Experience Design

Design and create intuitive and engaging interfaces for web and mobile applications.
Collaborate with product managers and developers to understand user needs and translate them into functional and appealing designs.
Conduct user research and usability testing to iterate and improve upon designs based on feedback.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that communicate design intent effectively.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in UI / UX design to ensure the company’s design quality continually evolves.
Manage and maintain design systems to establish consistency across all products.
Support product teams in defining user stories and accept design feedback positively and constructively.

Requirements

3–5 years of hands-on experience in the relevant field

Proven experience as a UI / UX Designer with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful design projects.

Degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility standards.

Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate design ideas effectively.

Competencies :

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Attention to detail and a passion for creating user-friendly designs.

Effective time management and organizational skills to handle multiple projects.

Ability to take initiative and work independently.

Skills :

Experience with responsive and mobile design.

Familiarity with front-end development practices (HTML / CSS / JavaScript) is a plus.

Understanding of the latest design trends and technologies.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
