Front Desk / Receptionist - Grand Technology

Grand Technology is seeking a friendly and highly organised Front Desk / Receptionist to join our team in Giza, Egypt . This full-time position plays a vital role in creating a positive first impression for our visitors and ensuring the smooth operation of our reception area. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be proficient in administrative tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities :

• Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls, taking messages and transferring calls as needed.
• Manage and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
• Maintain office supplies and ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable.
• Provide administrative support to various departments, including scheduling appointments, booking meeting rooms, and preparing documents.
• Assist with general office duties, such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
• Maintain visitor logs and ensure security protocols are followed.
• Handle inquiries and provide information to visitors and staff.
