Software Project Manager

Job Description

• Manage projects, including all the underlying bank’s projects, based on the agreed strategy.
• Develop comprehensive project plans and establish a clear set of project goals.
• Ensure that projects are completed to specification, within an established time frame, budget, and scope.
• Identify project stakeholders, and establish a schedule.
• Determine and define clear deliverables, roles, and responsibilities for IT project stakeholders required for specific projects or initiatives.
• Monitor project progress, and prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders.
• Review proposed modifications on project plans and reflect the approved update in the project plan.
• Identify risks, suggest mitigation plan support, and direct the project team.
• Managing stakeholders’ communication.
