Key Responsibilities
Website & Store Management
Upload and update products, banners, popups, and promotional content on Shopify.
Maintain product catalogs, descriptions, images, and pricing.
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and localization of content for GCC markets.
Promotions & Campaign Execution
Schedule and manage promotional campaigns, seasonal offers, and discount codes.
Implement marketing assets (banners, popups, landing pages) in coordination with design / marketing teams.
Monitor campaign performance and suggest improvements.
Customer Experience & Optimization
Ensure website content is up-to-date, mobile-friendly, and aligned with brand guidelines.
Work with developers or vendors to resolve technical issues.
Optimize product pages for SEO and improved conversion rates.
Reporting & Analysis
Track store performance KPIs (traffic, sales, conversion rates).
Provide insights on best-selling products, campaign results, and customer behavior.
Recommend improvements based on analytics.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or related field.
2–4 years of experience managing Shopify stores, preferably in an agency or e-commerce startup environment.
Solid knowledge of Shopify admin, themes, and third-party apps.
Hands-on experience with banners, popups, product uploads, and campaign scheduling.
Basic understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, and digital marketing tools.
Familiarity with GCC consumer behavior and online retail trends.
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple projects.
