Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and talented E-Commerce Executive to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities :

• Product Listings & Optimization : Manage, update, and maintain accurate product listings across leading e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Shopify, Flipkart, Noon, Jumia), ensuring all titles, descriptions, images, and pricing are optimized for SEO and high conversion rates.
• Campaign & Promotion Management : Coordinate and execute promotional activities, seasonal campaigns, and discount strategies to drive sales and brand visibility.
• Inventory & Fulfillment Coordination : Monitor inventory levels in real-time, collaborating with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure seamless product availability and timely order fulfillment.
• Performance Tracking & Analytics : Track, analyze, and report on key e-commerce KPIs including website traffic, conversion rates, sales performance, ROI, and campaign effectiveness.
• Customer Engagement : Manage and respond to customer inquiries, reviews, and feedback promptly, maintaining high service standards and brand reputation.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with marketing, supply chain, and design teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all digital touchpoints.
