We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Team Lead with strong leadership capabilities and a deep understanding of digital ecosystems. In this role, you will guide a team of digital specialists, build strong client partnerships, and execute multi-channel strategies while growing into a Digital Account Manager role.

What You’ll Do :

• Lead and manage the execution of full-funnel B2B digital marketing campaigns.
• Develop strategic marketing plans using SEO, SEM / PPC, Email Marketing, Marketing Automation, Web Analytics, Content Marketing, Paid Social, Programmatic Ads, Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and more.
• Act as the main client point of contact, ensuring satisfaction and campaign success.
• Conduct deep performance analysis using analytics tools and deliver meaningful insights.
• Optimize conversions through continuous CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) and A / B testing.
• Manage campaign budgets effectively to ensure maximum ROI and lead quality.
• Ensure smooth collaboration between creative, technical, and performance teams.
• Stay ahead of trends, tools, and industry innovations to guide digital best practices.
• Mentor and guide team members to elevate performance and skills.
• Support proposals, pitches, and strategy development for new client opportunities.
